We are proud to have won a number of awards since our business was established in 1999, but without satisfied clients, awards would be of little value. We don't need to spend time chasing up new clients, as our work speaks for itself and we prefer to put maximum effort into servicing the needs of our existing clients which naturally leads to ongoing referrals for new business.

Our own website is testament to our expertise. "Supporting evidence of growth at "Longlands Farm & Restaurant" through the creation of our web site.

Restaurant patronage and marketing is broken into two sections. International Inbound Tourism and Domestic Tourism.

International Tourism: With our constant analyses we cannot claim to show significant growth through our web site with relation to International Tourism but with current change to e-mail communication and web exposure we could not afford to be without either and receive constant positive comments from our customers which suggests to me that we would run the risk of diminishing business if we were not involved.

We rely heavily on the expertise of our web site creator to inspire us to come up with ideas on ways to keep our customers looking at our web site whereas in the past we have had mail-outs which were a lot more expensive and certainly no more effective.

Domestic Tourism: Until the creation of our web site we thought we were doing quite well out of domestic tourism with good word of mouth credibility and what we thought was a reasonable flow of weddings, birthday parties, business house Christmas parties and pre and post conference functions.

With the creation of our web site we have had over a 100% increase in this business which we can directly credit to Leanne Taylor of "WWW Design" and her ability to construct our web site to this success.

Over the past ten years we have achieved a "New Zealand Way" branding and numerous Tourism and Business awards which we believe gave our business a boost but on analysis the creation of our web site has been the single most effective marketing tool to take our business to the next level."
