of your personal and contact details will be kept only for the purposes
of contacting you concerning your website, and will not be shared with
any other parties. Your email address will be included in our database
and you may receive promotional offers from time to time from us on
behalf of our clients. You can request to be removed from this database
at any time.
Terms
& Conditions
All
domain name registrations and any other services carried
out on behalf of the client remain the property of WWW Design until
such time that payment for all related accounts has been made in full.
WWW Design will not provide copies, or means to copy websites we have designed, for clients or any other party, at any time. The website content is the property of the client. The website design is the property of WWW Design.
WWW Design does not offer a content management facility - the management of all sites designed by WWW Design is carried out solely by WWW Design on behalf of the client.
The annual listing fee on our four "Info" sites is non-refundable if a client's business ceases operating before the end of the "listing year".
Accounts
All invoices must be paid by the 20th of the month following issue.
Failure to pay accounts on time may result in suspension or permanent
termination without notice. WWW Design may exercise the right to discontinue
providing any services (either hosting or maintenance) for any business
or individual whose account is not paid by the due date.
